How to Use This Binary Option Indicator and What Are Its Benefits
The indicator shown in your chart is a Binary Ultimate Winning Signal style indicator. It displays small arrows above and below the candles to help traders identify possible short-term market direction. In the screenshot, it is being used on XAUUSD (Gold) on the M1 timeframe, meaning each candle represents one minute.
1. Understanding the Arrows
The most important thing is to understand what the arrows mean.
- Up arrow below a candle: Usually indicates a possible upward/Binary CALL opportunity.
- Down arrow above a candle: Usually indicates a possible downward/Binary PUT opportunity.
For example, if an up arrow appears below a candle and the following candles start moving upward, the signal has correctly identified a possible bullish move.
Similarly, when a down arrow appears above a candle and price starts moving downward, it indicates a possible bearish move.
Before trading, you should confirm exactly which arrow represents CALL and PUT in your particular indicator settings because custom indicators can use different signal logic.

2. How to Use It on M1
The M1 timeframe is very fast. One candle represents only one minute, so signals can appear frequently.
A simple method is:
Step 1: Open your desired asset, such as XAUUSD.
Step 2: Select the M1 timeframe.
Step 3: Wait for a fresh arrow to appear.
Step 4: Do not immediately enter just because you see an arrow. Look at the surrounding candles and overall direction.
Step 5: If the market confirms the direction, consider the appropriate CALL/PUT setup according to your binary-options platform’s rules and expiry time.
For example:
Up Arrow → Price begins moving upward → CALL setup
or
Down Arrow → Price begins moving downward → PUT setup
The important word here is confirmation. Avoid taking every signal blindly.

3. Using Trend Confirmation
One useful improvement is to combine the indicator with a simple trend filter.
If the market is clearly moving upward and you receive an up arrow, the signal may have better context.
If the market is clearly moving downward and you receive a down arrow, the signal may also have better context.
You can use tools such as a Moving Average, RSI, support/resistance, or market structure for additional confirmation.
For example:
Uptrend + Up Arrow + bullish candle confirmation = stronger CALL candidate
Downtrend + Down Arrow + bearish candle confirmation = stronger PUT candidate

4. Benefits of This Indicator
Easy to Understand
The biggest benefit is its simplicity. You don’t need to interpret many complicated lines. The arrows provide a visual indication of possible direction.
Faster Decision Making
For short-term trading, quickly identifying potential opportunities can be useful. The arrows can help you focus your attention on particular candles.
Useful for Scalping
Because the screenshot uses M1, the indicator can be useful for traders studying very short-term price movements.
Reduces Chart Clutter
Instead of watching many indicators simultaneously, an arrow-based system can provide a cleaner chart.
Can Be Combined With Other Tools
The indicator does not have to work alone. Combining signals with trend, support/resistance, volatility, and candle patterns can provide better trade selection.
Works on Different Markets
Depending on how the indicator was programmed, it may be usable on assets such as forex pairs, gold, indices, or other instruments. Always test it on the specific market first.
